We can all relate to the idea of letting loose over a long weekend. But someone in southeastern South Dakota took it to a dangerous extreme over the Memorial Day holiday.

Saturday (May 23) evening, a deputy with the Turner County Sheriff's Office clocked a motorcycle doing well over the speed limit - 41 miles per hour to be exact  - a blistering 106 in a 65.

The sheriff's office chronicled the event on its Facebook page.
