Texas A&M Fans Rattle Opposing Pitcher with Unique Chant
Chalk this up as a reason to love college baseball. One of Texas A&M fan traditions is to rattle the opposing pitcher after a four-pitch walk.
It would be bad enough to give up a four-pitch walk, but Texas A&M fans make it miserable. The crowd quickly begins to chant "Ball 5" hoping to entice the pitcher to throw it. Once that happens, the count moves up until a strike is thrown. It's pretty ruthless.
Unfortunately Texas A&M won't be competing in Omaha this year as they were eliminated by TCU in a best of three series.
