Sioux Falls Marathon

After the heat kept them off the streets last year, Sioux Falls Marathon runners were back at it on Sunday and this time, under perfect September skies.

The Sioux Falls Marathon, Half-Marathon, and 5k are coming up on Sunday, and with the races comes a lot of street closures and traffic impact.

The Sioux Falls Marathon takes place in late September this year, and event planners anticipate another big event showcasing what our great city has to offer.

There are a few changes on the docket for this year's Sioux Falls Marathon, but the spirit of the successful event remains the same.

Runners have the option to participate in the Miracle 5K or Half Marathon races.

Runners from around the world will come to Sioux Falls, South Dakota to run in the annual Sioux Falls Marathon. Sunday, August 25, 2024.

The Sioux Falls Marathon is rapidly approaching, and runners will be putting their best foot forward on Sunday, August 25th.

The Sioux Falls Marathon will benefit Sanford Children’s Hospital/Children’s Miracle Network.
