A pursuit through the streets of Sioux Falls ended early Friday morning. Authorities initially suspected the driver was suffering from a medical condition but that was later dismissed.

A Sioux Falls woman is hospitalized with a broken leg after a man ran her over with his car Sunday, then ran her over again.

Sioux Falls Police say two people left the scene of a two-vehicle crash at 10th and Sycamore early Wednesday. One was located, but the other is still being sought.
