Winters can be challenging. One local Sioux Falls woman is trying to make cold winter days easier for the homeless

As the names of the victims of the Bourbon Street attack in New Orleans come out, many are asking about how they can help the families.

The Clearwater County Sheriff's Office says the boys range in age from 6 to 14 years old.
