Crosby, Stills & Nash kick off their five-night run at New York City's Beacon Theatre tonight (October 16th). The "Big Apple" stand closes out the group's 2012 tour dates, which were quickly booked after Neil Young backed out of the Buffalo Springfield reunion tour, freeing up Stephen Stills to team-up again with Graham Nash and David Crosby.

The headline "Crosby, Stills + Nash Perform Benefit Concert" is hardly newsworthy. Throughout their legendary career they've devoted countless hours to playing on behalf of causes that are important to them. Wednesday night (Oct. 3), they performed to raise funds and awareness in the hopes of defeating an initiative on the California ballot this year.

Crosby, Stills, & Nash have added a fifth and final show to their upcoming run at New York City's Beacon Theatre -- and will close the stand with a performance of their classic 1969 self-titled debut album. The newly added show will take place on October 22nd, and wrap up CSN's 2012 tour dates. Although most of the album's legendary cuts, such as "Suite: Judy Blue Eyes," "Marrakesh Express," "Guinnevere," and "Long Time Gone," receive regular workouts on the road, the Beacon show marks the first time that CSN has performed the album in it's entirety, top-to-tail, live in concert.
