South Dakota Announces ‘Name the Snow Plow’ Winners
In South Dakota, you know the snow is coming, so you might as well have a little fun with it.
That was exactly the spirit behind the state's 'Name the Snow Plow' contest when it was created back in 2019.
The idea was to divide the state into 12 regions and let the creative juices flow to come up with the most entertaining names for the plows that the Department of Transportation will be utilizing to keep the highways clear all winter long.
