Yes, Great Bear is widely known for it's skiing, tubing, and snowboarding, and it doesn't look like we're about to get a snow dump next week, but did you know there are very nice nature trails to hike around the area? It's a great place to hike and with the hills, it's a fine place to burn off those Thanksgiving dinner calories from 8:00 AM to dusk.

2. Falls Park Winter Wonderland is a must-see in Sioux Falls. Over 25 miles of twinkling lights transform the park into a magical holiday escape. Make sure to go to the top of the visitor center tower to get the full 360 view of Falls Park!

3. Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Washington Pavilion is on November 29, 2024. Join us for refreshments and the lighting of a giant 45-foot Christmas tree. There will be live music and Sioux Falls Mayor Paul Ten Haken will welcome you to the lighting ceremony. Fun starts at 5:45 PM on the corner of 11th and Main.
