Cattitude Cafe In Sioux Falls Expands Cat Encounter Space

To say it's been a rollercoaster of emotions recently for The Cattitude Cafe and its fans in Sioux Falls would be an understatement.

But from the brink of closure, the business at 11th Street and 2nd Avenue has not only survived, it's now getting bigger.

This week, the cafe made the big announcement that they are adding a second room for cat encounters.

The new space was made available when the cafe decided to discontinue most of its food menu and convert what was the kitchen area into an additional cat room.

You Can Help

With the additional space comes the need for more things to keep the kitties happy and active.

The cafe is asking for donations of:

Cat beds
Cat trees
Fun and enriching cat toys & items

On the Brink

You may remember the month of April was an anxious time for the cafe. At the beginning of the month, the café issued an urgent plea for $25,000 in donations to keep their doors open.

After weeks of nail-biting, we finally got the much-anticipated update on April 30th, and it was GOOD NEWS!

Making Love Connections

Since opening in the Summer of 2023, the Cattitude Café has been instrumental in matching cat lovers with their forever companions, recently celebrating 400 adoptions since opening their doors.

The café is open Wednesdays - Mondays from 6:30AM - 7:00 PM and 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM on Tuesdays.

Tasty restaurants have come and gone over the years. Unfortunately, some of these restaurants were our favorites and we still crave their food.
