Sioux Falls Rolls Out The Red Carpet For Charming Cat Clips
If you're tired of the only movie options available in theatres these days being superhero flicks or old Hollywood retreads, you're in luck.
One Day Only
For one day only, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in nothing but videos of adorable animals - wall-to-wall - for more than an hour.
Cat Video Fest 2025 is heading to Sioux Falls this weekend for a one-day run at the State Theatre on Phillips Avenue.

What to Expect
The event features a 71-minute compilation of the latest and best cat videos culled from countless hours of unique submissions and sourced animations, music videos, and classic internet powerhouses.
A Worthy Cause
Since 2019, Cat Video Fest has been playing in theatres across the globe - 250 theaters in the United States and Canada, as well as over 100 theaters in Europe. The event raises spirits and raises money for local shelters in addition to adoptions, fostering, volunteer sign-ups, and much more at shows. More than $150,000 has been raised so far.
Part of Saturday's screenings will also be highlighting the work of the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society, which helps cats find their forever homes.
Showtimes
There are two showings in Sioux Falls on Saturday - 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
Tickets are $9.50 per person and are on sale now.
If you're still undecided about whether this event is right for you, I'll let one of America's most trusted publications have the final word:
