Show Choir Showdown This Friday and Saturday

Show choirs from the area will be hitting the stage this weekend for the annual 'Best of Show' Choir Competition, March 17-18.

Hosted by the Washington High School Chorus Booster Club, the two-day event includes competitive performances by both middle and high schoolers.

Friday night kicks off the middle school competition, with the first performance at 5:30 PM. Then on Saturday it's the high schoolers' turn, with the first choir singing at 9:20 AM.

The event is located at Washington High School in Sioux Falls, at 501 N Sycamore Ave.

The middle school and jazz competitions cost $5 each. An all-day competition pass for Saturday costs $15, and $7 for students. Food and beverages will be available.
