This Simple Trick Turns Round Steak Into A Smoky Delight
I decided to try smoking something wrapped in bacon. I checked the freezer and found some round steak. Game on!
Trimmed and cut up the round steak, then seasoned it with my favorite steak rub. After seasoning, I wrapped the chunks in bacon and placed them on skewers. I used 2 skewers each to make them easier to handle.

Place the skewers on the smoker at +180 for 1 hour. Then kick up the heat to +300 and cook until it's golden delicious.
I also sliced some potatoes, rubbed them down with olive oil, and smoked them alongside the steak. After they had cooked for a bit, I topped the potatoes with BBQ sauce. FYI-Awesome meal!!
