Rock Report: David Gilmour Comfortably App’d

A DVD authoring group called The Pavement has developed technology that allows them to convert DVD's into smartphone apps, and the first they are going to do is David Gilmour In Concert.

It will be released on November 19th for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, with a version for Android phones to follow shortly. It contains the full DVD of the concert from 2001 at London's Royal Festival Hall. Among the Pink Floyd classics are "Shine on You Crazy Diamond," "Wish You Were Here" and "Comfortably Numb."
