One of R.E.M.'s first filmed concerts has hit YouTube. The show at the 688 club in Atlanta, Georgia from February 1981 was recorded by people at Athens' Wuxtry Records -- the store where guitarist Peter Buck worked and met singer Michael Stipe -- and is part of a recently digitized collection of concert footage.

The band's performance includes its early singles "Radio Free Europe" and "Gardening at Night" as well as a cover of Buddy Holly's "Rave On." Check it out below.
