No Water In Alcester, SD

Four days after a water main break in Alcester, SD (about 40 miles SE of Sioux Falls), the town remains without water.

Schools remain closed today and residents are being told to prepare for it and make plans to be without water as crews bring in special equipment to help pinpoint the exact location of the break so they can repair it.
