Western Illinois Kindergarten Teacher Awarded For Helping Each Kid Feel Special
The Spring 2024 semester is rolling on and once again we are heading out to a school with our awesome program with Nothing Bundt Cakes and Scooter's Coffee to honor and reward our awesome Quad Cities teachers and educators. It's called QC Teacher of the Week and we are so excited to announce this week's teacher of the week!
It's now time to announce this week's B100, Nothing Bundt Cakes, and Scooter's Coffee's QC Teacher of the Week!
Congrats go to Jenifer Guyton, Kindergarten teacher at Washington Elementary in Moline!
Ms. Guyton was nominated by a parent, Allyson Malm. Allyson said in her nomination:
I would like to give special attention to my daughters teacher, Mrs. Guyton. She teaches Kindergarten at Washington Elementary, in Moline, IL. Mrs. Guyton is a special kind of soul, always making all the children feel special and gifted. She goes above and beyond for them to help ensure they will be ready for the bigger years to come in their life. She takes from her own budget and provides little gifts to the kids for their well behaved behavior. My daughter comes home almost everyday with excitement, telling me how Mrs. Guyton made the whole class something special, or gave them a treat or a little toy. And just those little things, make such a great impact on not only my daughter, but all the kids she has taught and will continue to teach. As a parent, I've never met such a kind, caring, passionate soul such as Mrs. Guyton.
Fantastic job, Ms. Guyton!
For being our QC Teacher of the Week, Ms. Guyton has been rewarded with a B100 Prize Pack including stickers, koozies, and more, plus an awesome cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and a cup and gift card from Scooter's Coffee!
Thank you for your hard work and dedication, Ms. Guyton!
