"While the snow is not expected to amount to much today, because of wind gusts of 50 to 70 mph, brief rapid drops in visibility will be possible. Along with the snow will also be the likelihood of a flash freeze as wet surfaces quickly freeze as temperatures plummet into the teens this morning." - NWS
