You may have heard about the One Sioux Falls Fund in recent weeks. The organization was conceived as the Coronavirus pandemic first took hold in the United States. In response to the virus and its economic impact, the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation, along with the city of Sioux Falls created the fund to help people living in Minnehaha, Lincoln, McCook and Turner Counties avoid being evicted if they’re out of work due to the ongoing pandemic. It's brought in over Three million dollars in donations to date.

The County, the City, as well as nonprofits, are all working together to distribute funds to those in need.

If you would like to donate or would like more information on how to apply, you can visit this site or check out the Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation Website at sfacf.org. They also have information on nonprofit relief and related articles. You can also dial 211 on your phone for more details.
