B1027 Will feature Kiss' 1976 album Destroyer on the Vintage Vinyl Masterpiece Sunday night at 6. This is a great time to track that album from the first track to the last as KISS will visit Sioux Falls next week (3/6) on the End of the Road World Tour.

Destroyer was KISS' 4th studio album and was the third consecutive KISS album to reach the top 40. One of the most interesting facts about the album was that when radio stations received the 45 rpm vinyl of Detroit Rock City, people wanted to hear the B-side instead. That was Beth. The unheralded KISS ballad of yore. KISS later revealed that they put Beth on the b-side deliberately so radio stations would have to play Detroit Rock City. Beth became a hit for the masked rockers and it is included in the setlist on the End of the Road World Tour!

Meanwhile, Paul Stanly says we're ready for this tour.

"When a band or anything, a team, lasts 40 years, 50 years, the only way for it to continue is to evolve. That means in terms of personnel – otherwise, it's impossible. There are bands touring at this point with one or no original members and I have no problem with that because it didn't happen overnight. It was a series of changes over the years or decades." - Paul Stanley
