Why Springsteen is MusiCares Person of the Year

Friday's event in Los Angeles featured a wide array of artists performing Springsteen songs before he took the stage for a few more. Among those on hand were Neil Young, Elton John, Jackson Browne, Patti Smith and Eddie Vedder.
