Sioux Falls philanthropist and Dollar Loan Center majority owner Chuck Brennan makes a multi-million dollar commitment to Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sioux Empire to open the academy which will provide music education that focuses on rock instruments like the guitar, bass, drums, keyboard and vocals.
