A Sioux Falls police official says the system worked in the case of a resource teacher at Citibank's day care center who was arrested this week.

Twenty-six-year-old Edward Moss was charged with sexual assault on a child under the age of 16.

Information Officer Sam Clemens says the system worked well in that children in the victim's elementary school, including the six-year-old victim, had recently learned about "good touches and bad touches":

Clemens says a forensic interview was scheduled for Friday afternoon, an arrest warrant was issued Monday morning, and Moss was arrested at his home on Monday afternoon.

Police have said they believe the six-year-old girl was the only victim.
