Strangest People in America

Strange people can be found no matter where you go in this country, but some cities seem to offer more weirdos than others.

According to Travel and Leisure's recent survey, which asked for readers' opinions on which cities have the strangest residents, New Orleans is number one when it comes to letting its freak-flag fly. Here's how the rest of the Top 10 rounds out.

5. Santa Fe, New Mexico

9. Providence, Rhode Island

10. Nashville

There are a few towns in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa and Kansas that could EASILY be added to this list...but I may be visiting them again some time so I'd better keep it to myself.
