Sioux City’s Saturday In The Park This Weekend
It looks like Grandview Park in Sioux City, Iowa will be the place to be once again during the 4th of July holiday weekend as the lineup for Saturday in the Park has been announced!
This is the 24th year for the FREE festival in Sioux City, Iowa.Titans of Industry gets ths music started at noon, followed by Mat D. and the Profane Saints at 1:15, The Wild Feathers at 2:45pm. Ziggy Marley at 4:30, Bonnie Raitt at 6:30 and the Avett Brothers at 8:30pm
The second stage lineup is as follows: 1:00 – 1:35 B-Sides from Sioux City. 1:50 – 2:20 Big Zach of Minneapolis. 2:40 – 3:20 Villain Works from Sioux City. 3:40 – 4:25 The Reminders from Denver. 4:45 – 5:30 Buddah Cheese Band from Sioux City. 6:00 – 6:45 Shawn James & The Shapeshifters from Fayettevillle, AR. 7:20 – 8:00 Helmet from New York.
Bring a lawn chair, sunscreen, a blanket and cash to spend at the vendors. Leave your coolers and pets at home please.
The festival is free in Grandview Park in Sioux City but they recommend parking at the Tyson Events Center and using the Park & Ride Shuttle. Cost each way is $1.80 for adults, $1.55 for youths, 90 cents for seniors, Medicare cardholders and the disabled, and free for kids under 5 with an adult. There is no on site parking for visitors.

The weather forecast for Saturday in Sioux City calls for a slight chance of showers and a high of 86.
