Rock Report: Fleetwood Mac Has Half An Album In The Can

Lindsey Buckingham is down to his final few weeks of his solo acoustic tour this month and is already looking ahead to working with his old Fleetwood Mac bandmates in 2013 on a new album and tour.

Buckingham revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone that basic tracks for half of the new album have already been recorded. There have been rumors on both sides of whether or not the band would tour behind new music, but in recent interviews with both Buckingam and Stevie Nicks, it sounds like the band is at least talking about hitting the road together.

Buckingham will wrap his solo acoustic tour at the Dakota Jazz Club in Minneapolis on November 20th.
