Recent Online Beatles Song is Bogus

Beatles historian and biographer Mark Lewisohn says a recent online posting of a 14-minute track labeled as The Beatles' unreleased "Carnival of Light" is bogus. They recorded the song for the 1967 for The Million Volt Light and Sound Rave and it was never played again. Lewisohn, who has had access to The Beatles vault and was part of the team that compiled their Anthology series, says, "That's not it." This is not the first time that a fake version of the song has been posted, and this one actually contains part of one of those previous fake versions.
