Kyle Busch Wins NASCAR Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway
Kyle Busch ended up dominating Sunday's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. This was after another driver dominated the early portion of the race.
Martin Truex, Jr. looked like he was going to win after taking the lead away from pole sitter Busch on lap 40. Truex was in total control of the race from then on until getting caught up in a big pile-up.
The big wreck started when Kevin Harvick and Austin Dillon made contact coming off of Turn 2. All together eight cars were involved in the crash.
Truex spun trying to avoid getting involved and took some damage to the rear of his car. He was able to continue racing, but was out of the lead.
Busch was back in control and would end up being the overall dominant driver leading the most laps with 187 circuits out front. He won his third race of the season and locked himself into the Round of 12 of the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs.
Kyle Larson finished second, while Matt Kenseth, Brad Keselowski and Truex rounded out the top five. See where your driver finished.
