According to the AAA’s Fuel Gauge Report, the national average for a gallon of regular stood at $3.275 as of Friday.  Yet in SIoux Falls we are seeing gas prices as low as $2.80 a gallon.

Why the low gas prices?  The people that know stuff at AAA say it's lower gas demand and ample stocks that have pushed average gas prices to the lowest level since Dec. 27, 2012.

Pump prices may fall even further.  I'm guessing Thanksgiving time will inspire higher prices.  I predict that pump prices will mysteriously rise dramatically just in time for my holiday travel.
