Kids and adults kicked off the Summer Developmental Track Meets last night at Lincoln High School's athletic field. The weather was perfect and the participants really seemed "on their game" as the night went on.

From the National Anthem to the final event, there is a track and field event for all ages. High jump, long jump, softball throw and races ranging from 50 meters to 1,600 meters got the fans on their feet.

If you would like to participate, the event takes place at the Lincoln High Track every Wednesday night in June. Registration opens at 5:00, field events at 5:45, running events at 6:00. The event is free and co-sponsored by First Premier Bank and Premier Bank Card, who do an incredible job of managing and keeping the events running on time with precise organization. Great job!
