Doors – Skaters on the Storm

It was Jan & Dean who had a hit with "Sidewalk Surfin'" in 1964, but nearly 50 years later The Doors are catching the concrete wave.

Lifestyle brand Dusters California has launched an official series of Doors skateboards. Guitarist Robby Krieger was recently photographed checking out one of the boards at a launch party for the line.

Actually, this isn't the first time The Doors have been associated with skateboarding. Last year the band released a new video for "L.A. Woman" featuring a trio of pro skaters taking viewers on a Doors-flavored tour of Los Angeles.
