Cheap Trick Lawsuit

The legal battle over Cheap Trick has gotten a bit messier.

Rick Nielsen, Tom Petersson and Robin Zander filed suit on Friday asking a judge to rule that drummer Bun E. Carlos was rightfully ousted from the board of Cheap Trick Unlimited Inc. and two of the band's other corporations.

The suit follows one filed in July by Carlos -- whose real name is Brad Carlson -- and former manager David Frey, who claim the other three members of the band owe them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
