There have been a lot of rumors swirling about AC/DC and their future after founding guitarist Malcolm Young announced he was 'taking a break' from the band.

But the remaining members, along with one of Young's nephews, got together in May in Canada to start recording a new AC/DC album without Malcolm.

Now, singer Brian Johnson has posted a message on his racing website thanking fans of his racing show "Cars That Rock" and saying: "We hope to bring you more shows in the near future but, of course, there is the slight distraction of my day job with AC/DC – and it looks very likely that we will be on the road again before the end of the year."

Now we just have to hope the band comes within driving distance of Sioux Falls. I've seen the band three times in the past 35 years and will GLADLY make it four if given the chance.
