There's a strange lawsuit playing out in Ohio - and I should point out the lady in the picture is NOT the teacher at the center of the controversy.

A former teacher in Cincinnati is suing the school district where she used to be employed.  She claims the administration discriminated against her by making her work - even though she had an extreme fear of young children.

The 61 year old woman says she was fine teaching language at the high school level, but when she was transferred to middle school, her blood pressure went up, she had stomach issues and suffered from anxiety - to the point where she had no other choice but retire.

The school district argues she's just out for money.

Wouldn't that be kind of like a radio broadcaster with an extreme fear of microphones?  Wouldn't you know early on in your career you suffered from this type of phobia?

Just saying!
