Sioux Falls officials have green-lighted area sports leagues to throw out the first pitch, with the news that city sports fields will be open for the summer.

Augustana Softball is off to the DII National Championship after winning the Super Regional.

South Dakota State and the University of South Dakota softball teams will be participating in the National Invitational Softball Championships.

If you win the company will give you 5K signing bonus, 10K if you win your league!

Roger Ferrie must have understood the science of softball. Either that or he just plain loved it and had a career filled with success and fun. Or maybe (probably) both.

The bracket has been announced for the upcoming NSIC Softball Tournament in Sioux Falls with the winner advancing to the Central Regional Tournament.

It's something special to get a no-hitter or perfect game within one baseball/softball season. It's even more special when two colleges get them within three days.

A national softball tournament is coming to Sioux Falls in August and they are looking for volunteers to help with the event.
