Anybody that listens to the Patrick Lalley Show knows I'm a Rich Show fanboy. That's because he's the most prolific writer of quality rock-n-roll songs in Sioux Falls history. This is an indisputable fact.

City Hall must be getting a lot of flack over the controversy that's blown up over the recent noise complaint that led to Icon Lounge suspending live music at its downtown location. They must also have heard that a bunch of live music and entertainment aficionados and supporters plan to show up at City Council meeting on Tuesday evening.

The Icon Event Center and Lounge in Downtown Sioux Falls has suspended all concerts booked for now, due to an ongoing issue of noise complaints by residents nearby.

I'm not going to the Foo Fighters concert in Sioux Falls on Saturday night. Not because I don't think it will be a great show -- pretty sure it will be -- but the big venues just aren't for me.

Back by popular demand, Siouxland Libraries will host its second annual Adult Spelling Bee on Friday October 6 and the Icon Lounge.

They took the Summer off, but they are back and with some new offerings.
