Colman, South Dakota is a town of around 600 people about 30 miles north of Sioux Falls. Recently Colman had a 'Cruise Main Street' event. It was an opportunity for folks to get out and help lift each other's spirits in these social distancing times.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol attended the event to show their support for small-town South Dakota. The SDHP post this on their Facebook page:

“Ahhhhh... Main Street! The foundation and infrastructure for small towns across our great State and Country. Troopers were able to be part of the parade of lights in Colman and bring back one of our greatest pastimes as a nation by cruising Main.”

Thank you South Dakota Highway Patrol keeping us safe and keeping us strong!
