Judas Priest to Lead Metal Fantasy Camp
Judas Priest is going to camp - the Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp. They will be the third band, after Def Leppard and the Jon Anderson-less version of Yes, to have their own camp, which will take place February 27th through March 2nd in Las Vegas.
Singer Rob Halford, bassist Ian Hill, drummer Scott Travis and guitarist Richie Faulkner, joined by Ozzy guitarist Zakk Wylde and Queensryche singer Geoff Tate, will teach the ways of metal. Priest guitarist Glenn Tipton is unable to attend due to a scheduling conflict. Also participating will be camp counselors Rudy Sarzo, Vinny Appice and Lita Ford.
