The 43rd St. Patrick's Day Parade is happening this Saturday in Sioux Falls, and downtown businesses are gearing up for the festivities. However, one of the parade's longstanding participants, Mrs. Murphy's Irish Gifts, may be undergoing changes this year, according to Dakota News Now.

For the past 26 years, the Murphy family has owned the store and been involved in the parade, with generations of Murphys having floats in every parade since its inception in 1980. But as the owners approach retirement age, they are searching for potential buyers to keep the Irish gift store alive.
