Walmart Cracks Down On Minnesota Customers Who Use These
Walmart shoppers, take note. Walmart is in the midst of making a ton of changes and now, there's another one you need to be aware of.
About 37 million people visit Walmart each day, and spend about 32 minutes in store per trip. That's pretty speedy if you ask me.
These numbers could go up with all these new changes, with Walmart aiming to modernize and freshen up their stores with new paint and digital price tags.
Now, they have implemented another change but you may not be too happy with this one.
This change quietly started rolling out at this time last year and is now in full effect, with Walmart really cracking down on coupons for Minnesota shoppers.

So what does this mean? In short, they are simplifying their coupon process. They have been relatively relaxed about coupons over the past decade and now, they won't be much longer.
Walmart stores are now imposing limits on other like coupons, and will no longer override the system if it rejects a coupon.
Avid Walmart shoppers know about these coupon policies and will definitely have to fork out a bit more money now that these changes are in place. Up until this point, Walmart hadn't changed their coupon policy for six years.

In fact, prior to this policy change, shoppers could actually get cash back if the coupon was worth more than the product purchased was. There's also a new limit of four of the same coupons for a household each day.
Earlier this month, it was also revealed that Walmart was axing their Capital One credit card option. Sigh.
There's a handful of Walmart stores across the Northland, including in Hermantown, Superior and Cloquet.
