I Need Your Weird Bacon Recipes

Bacon!

The hottest food trend this century.  And it's not going away anytime soon.  Yeeeees!

A group of friends and coworkers is looking ahead next month to BaconFest 2.0 and I've been challenged by the host to come up with another bacon item to share.  Last year I made Bacon Beer Cheese Soup.  Using two bottles of hard-to-find Erdinger Dunkel.

For the event this year I'm leaning toward something sweet.

We have a chocolate brownie recipe at home from a family friend that is the bomb.  My plan is to fry up bacon, curl the slices into a muffin tin and pipe in the brownie mix inside the bacon.
