Cure Kids Cancer: Ian Rinken

Ian was diagnosed with leukemia at just 3 years old. He braved 36 months of treatment and regular visits to Sanford Children's.

One day, he and his mom drove past Woodlawn Cemetery, a landmark on their usual route. Ian turned to his mom and said, “I’m not going to go live there.” He was 4 years old at the time.

Today, Ian is still cancer-free and celebrated another milestone this past summer: his wedding day. Congrats, Ian!
