Unfortunately Aaron Rodgers season may be over due to a broken collarbone, but at least the surgery is over and he's on the road to recovery.

Can you guess though how many screws it took to repair that collarbone?

Well if you take Rodgers for his word, it was 13.

Appearing on the Conan, Rodgers said "I rolled out to my right, I threw the ball, and I got tackled and kind of slammed on the ground. But I'm good now, thirteen screws later and here I am."

Some reports have said Rodgers would be throwing sooner than originally expected but those have not been confirmed by Rodgers or the Packers.

Either way, the sooner the better for the NFL and especially the Packers who currently sit at 4-3 and are on their bye week.

Green Bay returns to action in week 9 against Detroit on Monday Night Football.
