The subscription music streaming service business is about to get a little busier.

I see that YouTube is launching their own paid subscription service that will let you stream high-quality, ad-free music and music videos starting the week of November 17th.

The service will be called "Music Key." But here's the deal, it goes live that week, but only on an invite-only beta version.

Music Key will launch to the general public sometime in 2015. So if you feel like paying for your music, it will run you $10.00 a month.

Some of the features of Music Key include; the ability to store videos offline, and to play music while using other apps.

You'll also be able to stream entire albums. You can do that for free, but you'll have to listen to some ads.

And now time for my shameless terrestrial radio and online radio station plug.

Remember, nothing beats all the great music, personality, local information, and emotional connection you get anytime, anywhere, 24/7, 365 days a year, on your favorite terrestrial radio station and its website streaming companion.

It's always free, you never need a special invite, and the best thing, it will stay that way!
