If you are packing for summer vacation don't forget the one item that will record those memories.  Your cellphone.

Cell phones are already attached to most of us with an invisible umbilical cord so it shouldn't be that hard.

But there is some advice for enjoying your travels to their fullest.  Put the phone down once in awhile.

According to officials at the Mount Rushmore National Memorial tourists automatically begin snapping photos as soon as they step out of their vehicle and for the entire walk through the avenue of flags.  Maureen Mcgee-Ballinger, Chief of Interpretation and Education for Mount Rushmore, says when you're done taking pictures look beyond the lens and see the real thing.

For me it will be my tablet.
