The New York Yankees continued their dominance of the Minnesota Twins in Minneapolis on Sunday afternoon as they took the series two games to one with their 7-2 victory.

Stephen Drew and Chase Headley went yard for the Bronx Bombers and the Yankees got solid pitching throughout.

Kyle Gibson took the loss for the Twins and moved to 8-8 on the season.

Nathan Eovaldi got the win for the Yankees and now has a record in 2015 of 10-2.

The Twins have now lost six of eight games and will begin a series with the Pirates on Tuesday after a much needed day off on Monday.
