I admit it, I LOVE spicy foods. Jalapenos are added for just a little kick to a lot of foods I enjoy. My wife and I made a double batch of salsa two years ago with five different peppers we picked up at the Garden of Weedin', including the legendary ghost peppers. I think we needed a few more of those to give it that little extra 'oomph'. The Mango Habanero wings at Buffalo Wild Wings have a nice flavor. That should give you an idea of what I enjoy.

But a British chef has decided to take the top off the Scoville scale (which measures heat in food) by creating a hot sauce for his wings that requires him to use a gas mask when he prepares it!

Chef Muhammad Karim has taken the Scoville scale to an unbelievable 1.5 million for his Atomic Kick Ass drumsticks. That's about three times higher than pepper spray used by police!

When you eat the stuff, your body supposedly gets a massive rush, you sweat like crazy, your face goes numb, and your body shakes. But if you can finish 15 wings, you'll be rewarded with $150.

I don't know about you, but facial paralysis and body shakes just doesn't sound like a whole lot of fun. Would you be up for that wing challenge?
