A woman in Charleston, South Carolina was arrested last week after she allegedly stabbed her husband in the chest with a ceramic squirrel after he came home without beer on Christmas Eve.

Police found 44-year-old Helen Ann Williams' husband bloodied after he called 9-1-1. According to reports, the husband was unable to get beer because the stores had closed before midnight. When he told his wife, she allegedly picked up a ceramic squirrel figurine and hit him in the head before stabbing him in the chest.

When police arrived on the scene, Williams tried to tell them her husband must have fallen but as her hands were covered in blood, police arrested her and held her under a $10,000 bond. Williams was charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature and her husband was treated for non-life-threatening wounds.
