The town of Monona, Wisconsin may have finally figured out a way to stop bullying in school: Fine their parents! The anti-bullying ordinance was passed last month where parents of repeat offenders can be ticketed and fined up to $114 the first time, and $177 for any other violations during the same year.

Now the ordinance includes fines for the bullies themselves as long as they're at least 12 years old. Should parents be held accountable for their child being a bully?
