I started doing Yoga years ago due to the life ailment know as "aging". Now days it seems everyone over the age of 30 has given Yoga a shot.

With the popularity of Yoga increasing the multiple variations of practices have ranged from anything like hot Yoga to a more intense version of Yoga like the one created by former professional wrestlers Diamond Dallas Page.

I've tried different style and different locations of Yoga and have found most enjoyable, like Yoga at the local butterfly house or Yoga in the open aquarium room both brought a very cool ambiance.

Some Yoga classes I can't get into like "Death Metal Yoga" or Farm Yoga with Goats, but if your looking to relax and wind down this Friday night Wine Down might be for you.

I've met some goats that would like nothing more than to line up a human and knock em down. I just can't trust a goat being around while I'm in Downward Facing Dog.

The benefits of Yoga cover more than just the physical side of life, the practice can relieve stress and anxiety. It can also connect you to a community of other yoga lovers.

Yoga has a sly, clever way of short circuiting the mental patterns that cause anxiety.
