It's not just the kid's!  Big-box stores and major companies are also being put on notice.  Consumer Reports is making its list and checking it twice.

They just announced their 2013 “Naughty and Nice” lists, which rank the most- and least-customer-friendly companies.  I'm glad I didn't wager any money on which company would make which list.  I would have lost big time.

This year, Amazon.com, United Airlines, Best Buy and shopping channel QVC all made the “Naughty” list for reasons ranging from price hikes to inconvenient policy changes.  On the other hand, Citibank, Lands’ End and Southwest Airlines earned a spot on the “Nice” list.
